As the title suggests, my blog has content from many sources. Being a professional nerd, there is a strong techy vibe here but my interests are varied and some will hopefully be of interest to the non-tech also.

Irony
I was talking to a very good friend of mine the other day about irony and how that although it is quite a simple concept, many people seem to still get it confused with sarcasm and other literary techniques or rhetorical devices. It reminded me of a great routine that Irish comedian Ed Byrne used to do about Canadian singer Alanis Morrisette. I have posted the video below and it still makes me laugh out loud. I hope you enjoy it too.
